Additional information and conditions
- It is forbidden to smoke in any object.
- Shortened stay in high season only by agreement
- Check-in from 16:00, check-out until 10:00. In the low season, check-in and check-out can be adapted to the needs of guests.
- The price for a Christmas stay is the same as in the season. Christmas and New Year's Eve term is minimum 5 nights
- Easter term is min. for 4 nights
- 1–day bookings only by arrangement
- Price includes: accommodation. The price includes bed linen, kitchen towels, 1 towel for each person, parking on site, wifi, 2 crates of wood in the fireplace
- Guarantee settlement in case of inventory damage 150 €, deterioration of object, theft of part of inventory, loss of keys, etc. Deposit for cottage D is 200 €. The deposit is refundable in cash upon departure of the guests if the object is in order.
- When booking, the deposit is 50% of the price of the stay, the remaining amount is to be paid on arrival

Cancellation policy
- more than 8 weeks before arrival: no charge
- 4 to 8 weeks prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee
- less than 4 weeks prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee
Surcharges
- local tax is 1 €/night/person over 10 years old.
- pet (possible only by mutual agreement) 7 € / night
- fireplace wood 3 €/box (2 boxes included)
- Baby cot rental 5 € / stay.
